This fully renovated cottage is located within 500 meters of the center of Burgh-Haamstede, where you'll find several charming shops, restaurants, and the Albert Heijn supermarket.

The cottage's living room measures 4x5 meters and features a beautiful kitchen complete with a comprehensive inventory (including a 4-burner gas stove with extractor hood, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, combination microwave/oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment) and a cupboard with a generous selection of crockery, cutlery, and pans. There's a lovely sitting area with a television (digital reception), an electric fireplace, and a spacious dining table with four chairs. The cottage also offers free Wi-Fi. The entire cottage is heated by central heating, which is equipped with a high-efficiency boiler (built in 2014). The living room, bedrooms, and hallway are fully laminated. The bathroom has tiled flooring.

Adjacent to the living room is the hallway leading to the two bedrooms and the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. The small bedroom has a single bed (semi-loft bed), and the large bedroom has a double bed. This has been converted to a box spring since 2021. Both bedrooms have neat wardrobes with ample storage space.

Duvets and pillows are provided for the beds. You can rent bed linen (pillowcase, fitted sheet, and duvet cover) or bring your own. Various baby items are also available in the cottage, such as a high chair and crib. Pets are also allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Outside the cottage, there is a seating area with two chairs, a bench, and a table (including cushions). You can park your car directly at the cottage. The cottage has a spacious shed for bicycles. A washing machine is also located in this shed. It is free to use, but you must bring your own detergent.

The cottage is located close to the forest; you can reach it in just a few minutes. The forest and dune area offers beautiful hiking trails ranging from 5 to 15 km.

The cottage is also a great base for diving. You can dive at various locations around Lake Grevelingen. You can also dive in the Oosterschelde, with the Zeeland Bridge being a particularly popular diving spot (be aware of the currents and tides!). There are several diving centers in the area where you can get information and book guided dives. The cottage also has a good drying rack for your diving equipment.

The beach for beach lovers is also not far from the cottage. Prefer a more peaceful beach? That's also possible.
